Lynching in Wicomico County Historic Marker

A historic marker honoring the lives of three Black men who were lynched in Wicomico County was installed in Downtown Salisbury in 2021. The marker is at the site of the lynching of Matthew Williams.

Harriet Tubman Statue and Historic Marker

With the support of the Salisbury University community, sculptor James Hill and his students created this statue in hopes that Tubman's story will continue to inspire courage and action in the pursuit of human rights.

Parsons Cemetery

Parsons began as a family cemetery in the mid-19th century and has grown to encompass 18 acres. The cemetery is open daily with self-guided walking tours.

Historic Linthicum Walks
