We are a true ground-to-glass distillery. We grow all of the corn used in our Bourbon and Whiskies right here on the farm.

This small piece of forest and bog remained after the Ice Age and is home to unique species of plants and animals. A boardwalk crosses the swamp and six trails wind through different sections.

This unique site preserves a rare deposit of fossils from the early Cretaceous period, about 115 million years ago. The fossils found help scientists reconstruct our region’s ancient history.
