No room available and poor customer service

When trying to check in we were told they didn't have a room available for us. It was close to 8pm before we had a room despite having a reservation and check-in time being 4pm.

Nice hotel Needs and update

This is an older hotel that could use an update. Convenient location to Inner Harbor and staff was freiendly but not as a typical Hyatt experience.
